1. The service
LMSDC India provides software to capture receipts, check claims, route approvals, prepare payouts and report on spend. Your company remains responsible for its policies, approvals, payments and tax treatment.
2. Accounts
Your company admin controls who has access. Keep login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Trial and billing
New companies get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, plans are billed per active employee per month, plus applicable GST.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to break the service, or use it to process claims you are not authorised to handle.
5. Liability
The AI flags possible issues but does not make approval decisions. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
