1. What we collect
Account details such as name, work email, phone and company; receipts, claims and approval records your company uploads; and basic usage data needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To read receipts, check claims against your company's policy, route approvals, prepare payouts and reports, provide support, and improve accuracy of the service. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Location data
If your company enables GPS-backed claims, location is collected only from work apps during working hours and only to support specific claims.
4. Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorised staff and is logged.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Requests from employees are handled together with their employer.
6. Retention
We keep claim records for as long as your company's account is active and as required by Indian tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymise them.
