Refund Policy

1. Free trial
The 30-day trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the current billing month. Partial months are not refunded.
3. Yearly plans
Yearly plans cancelled within 14 days of payment are refunded in full. After that, the plan runs until the end of the paid year.
4. How to request
Email us from your company admin account with the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
